We plan every event down to the smallest detail, because it is precisely the small details that make all the difference. We collaborate with photographers, entertainment, DJs and bands, and make sure to coordinate the day from start to finish.
Receive your guests with champagne and be captivated by the view of the park and Øresund. Enjoy a gourmet menu from some of Denmark's most talented chefs followed by coffee and liqueurs in the adjacent salons and finish with a party until the early morning.
We can set the table both traditionally in Sølyst's large Banquet Hall with room for 148 guests, or in the beautiful salons with room for 60 guests. The setting may be either intimate or extravagant. Just let us know what your wishes are, and we will do our utmost to accommodate them.

"The world is our wine cellar" and in close cooperation with many suppliers, we are able to offer great diversity in all our wines.
Our stock is not large, but we always have good vintages that will surely suit your next party.
What we do not have, we will do our utmost to find.
